Finish all requirements for the specific rank.

Call Mrs. Pieters and let her know you are ready for a scoutmaster conference.  Be sure you have your scout book handy when you call, as she will ask you for the dates the requirements were finished.

If Mrs. Pieters clears you for a scoutmaster conference, call the Senior or Assistant Senior Patrol Leader and inform them that you are ready for a scoutmaster conference.  They will then set up your conference with a scoutmaster.

On the date of your scoutmaster conference wear your FULL CLASS A UNIFORM (class A Shirt, scout belt, socks, pants or shorts and neckerchief).  Also bring your book for the scoutmaster to sign.

After your scoutmaster conference, call Ms. Miller at and ask her to schedule a board of review for you.  YOUR BOARD OF REVIEW WILL NOT NORMALLY HAPPEN ON THE SAME DAY AS YOUR SCOUTMAASTER CONFERENCE SO PLAN AHEAD!  DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO CALL, AS TIME IS NEEDED TO GENERATE THE PAPERWORK AND CONTACT THE PARENTS FOR YOUR BOARD OF REVIEW.

The day of your board of review, wear your FULL CLASS A UNIFORM and bring your book.  Your patrol leader will announce you to the board and your review will begin.  You will be told whether you have achieved your new rank and the parents in your review will turn all paperwork in to Mrs. Pieters.  You will receive your new rank patch a few weeks after everything has been completed.
